Investment conditions
1. WTO, FTAs, AFAS: No limitation, except that foreign investors have to be legal persons of a WTO member, a member nation of ASEAN and other FTAs.
Responsible foreign architects working in foreign-invested business organizations must have professional practicing certificate granted or recognized by the Government of Vietnam.
In some areas, subject to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam for national security and social stability purposes, foreign service suppliers may not be permitted to provide this service.
(VKFTA: not require investors to be Korean legal entities)
