I. Real estate trading

Legal basis: The law on Real estate trading No. 66/2014/QH13 dated 25 Nov 2014.

Investment conditions:

1. WTO, FTAs: Not included in the Schedule.

2. The law of Vietnam: Foreign-invested enterprises are permitted to carry out the following activities:

– Renting buildings for sublease.

– Building houses on the land which is leased by the State for lease; build houses or constructions other than houses on such land for sales, for lease, or for lease purchase.

– Receiving total or a part of real estate project from investors to build buildings on it for sale, for lease, or for lease purchase.

– Building houses on land which is allocated by the State for sale, for lease, or for lease purchase.

– Building buildings on land which is leased out or transferred in industrial parks, industrial complexes, export-processing zones, hi-tech zones, or economic zone for trading for the proper land use.

II. Asset management of resident services based on fee or contracts (CPC 8221)

Legal basis: AFAS.

Investment conditions:

1. WTO, FTAs: Not included in the Schedule.

2. AFAS: No limitation.

3. The law of Vietnam: No regulation on investment conditions applied to foreign investors.

III. Asset management of immigrants services based on fee or contracts (CPC 82202)

Legal basis: AFAS.

Investment conditions:

1. WTO, FTAs: Not included in the Schedule.

2. AFAS: No limitation.

3. The law of Vietnam: No regulation on investment conditions applied to foreign investors.
