Investment conditions
WTO, FTAs, AFAS: No limitation, except that foreign investors have to be legal persons of a WTO member, a member nation of ASEAN and other FTAs. In order to supply services related to topographical, engineering geological, hydrologic geological surveys and environmental surveys and technical surveys for urban-rural development planning, sectorial development planning, foreign investors are subject to the authorization of the Government of Vietnam.
The law of Vietnam: No regulation on investment conditions applied to foreign investors.
