Industrial property assessment services
Legal basis
- The Law on Intellectual Property of the National Assembly dated 29 November 2005. (“Law on intellectual property 2005”).
- Circular 04/2012 of the Ministry of Science technology dated 13 February 2012 guiding grant and revocation of industrial property assessor card and certificate of organization eligible to operate in industrial property assessment, being amended and supplemented by the Circular No.04/2009/TT-BKHCN and the Circular No. 18/2011/TT-BKHCN.

2. The law of Vietnam: Branches of foreign law-practicing organizations, law-practicing organizations with 100% foreign capital, limited liability law firms under joint-venture between law-practicing organizations of Vietnam and foreign law-practicing organizations are not allowed to provide industrial property assessment services.
