- Circular 37/2013 of the Ministry of Finance dated 30 December 2013 providing the import of cigars, cigarettes
Investment conditions
- WTO: Only Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation is allowed to import cigarettes, cigars and shredded tobacco.
- The Law of Vietnam: Foreign-invested business organizations are not allowed to import tobacco, cigar trimming the ends, cigarillos and cigarettes, of tobacco or of tobacco substitutes.
